Can I order the bottle in my brand color?
Yes. Color is pigmented to the Pantone number you give us, not chosen from a chart. Today 55 of the 72 line products are made this way. The rest are clear or natural.
Which cap fits my bottle?
It is defined by the neck finish. If your bottle is R-28, any R-28 cap in the catalog fits it. We have 19 caps and closures, from R-22 to R-89, and each one states its finish.
What material are they made of?
PET, virgin PET, high-density polyethylene and polypropylene. The resin is declared on each product’s technical data sheet, along with whether it is virgin or not.
Can you give me the technical data sheet?
It’s published. Each product has its downloadable PDF data sheet, with measurements and tolerances, a dimensioned drawing, packaging data and acceptance criteria by defect class.
Are you certified?
Yes, a food safety system certified to ISO 22000. Each technical data sheet is a controlled document with a code, revision level, next revision date and three signatures.
How many pieces come in a box and how much does a pallet weigh?
It’s on each product’s data sheet. And on the product page you can type how many pieces you need: it calculates boxes, full pallets and shipping kilos, including the wooden pallet.
How should I store the product?
At room temperature, indoors, away from sunlight and heat sources such as compressors or boilers. Never directly on the floor or in damp areas.
What if I need a bottle that isn’t in the catalog?
We develop it. We build our own molds, so shape, capacity, neck finish and color can be defined from scratch. From then on the bottle is exclusive to whoever ordered it.
